Size: 104,000 square meters
Details: Overall strategy of the site is to reclaim the historical agricultural landscape appearance of the site. Architectural design reveals the concept of lifting the ground surface as green roofs while preserving the central axis cross the lake to the new government center. Landscape design incorporate the idea of lifting ground, incorporating the building grid as a planting module for plotting the new urban identification.
